Responsive design is the latest big thing in Web design circles -- but should small-business owners care? It's worth paying attention to such trends if you're already planning a website overhaul or a new mobile application, but it's important to remember that design upgrades carry costs of their own, writes Jennifer Goforth Gregory. "Small-business owners shouldn't just move to it -- or any new technology -- just because it's available. Make sure that you can make a business case for its implementation," she writes.
