While other networks partner with Twitter, USA builds its own social TV hub

Some TV networks are striking formal deals with Twitter, but USA Network is going it alone, building a hub intended to draw together online chatter from Twitter, Facebook and elsewhere on its own branded website. "We think that Twitter is a big component of the conversation around TV, but we also know that real-time conversation about TV is happening on our own platforms," said Jesse Redniss, senior vice president of digital at USA Network.
