Spredfast's Spark monitors Web buzz about brands

Social marketing service Spredfast is rolling out Spark, a dashboard offering real-time metrics that analyze social networks for brand-centric conversations. It also ranks topics, show progressions of what's trending and identifies conversations involving competitors. "This kind of tool could be very useful in keeping a brand top-of-mind to customers without making them feel annoyed or ignored," writes Tom Cheredar.
