Study: Small employers are less knowledgeable about health care law

Among U.S. businesses, employers with fewer than 50 employees are the least likely to understand the options available to them under the Affordable Care Act, according to research from the Transamerica Center for Health Studies. The survey found that only about 60% of these employers know about the health exchanges that are available to them.
