Time Warner Cable Business Class creates loyalty program

PerkZone is the name of a new loyalty program for Time Warner Cable Business Class customers that offers resources and product discounts. The program, targeted at small-business owners, links to offers from OfficeMax, Lenovo, ZipCar and other brands, and includes an "Ideas & Community" platform for sharing news, ideas and stories about how other firms have succeeded. PerkZone is "another way to demonstrate our commitment to helping our customers succeed," said Stephanie Anderson, senior vice president and chief marketing officer for Time Warner Cable Business Services.
