Boston unveils new program to attract more teachers

The program, sponsored by Strategic Grant Partners foundation, aims to attract math, science and special education teachers to the city and would provide a stipend and a loan toward a master's degree at the University of Massachusetts. City educational officials say the program will not affect the jobs of existing teachers.
