Brown-Forman targets growing, affluent Indian market

Young, urban professionals have fueled a 25% to 30% growth rate for vodka consumption in India, and Brown-Forman is launching fruit-flavored varieties of its Finlandia brand to reach them. The U.S. company is also a bidder in a consortium with Constellation Brands for U.K.-based Allied Domecq.
