Baltimore judge wants cost for fixing schools

A Baltimore Circuit Court judge has given Baltimore and Maryland school officials 60 days to determine the cost of "corrective actions" the state is requiring the district take to fix ailing schools. The judge says he needs the costs because a state takeover of 11 failing schools, delayed by the General Assembly until next year, could still take place.
