Consumer Reports launches ShopSmart for women

The Consumer Union's widely respected product review publication Consumer Reports is launching a new magazine available on newsstands and aimed at women. Dubbed ShopSmart, the magazine will report on products of interest to women, with an emphasis on photographic layouts over charts and graphs, and a focus on rating products on the basis of price and reliability.
