Extensive road, bridge damage caused by New England floods

Thousands of people fled their New England neighborhoods amid the region's worst floods in nearly 70 years, after crews took to the streets in boats and used bullhorns to urge households to evacuate. More than 600 roads are damaged or under water in New Hampshire; roads and bridges in Maine were also damaged.
