Final IAB broadband guidelines released

Newly approved IAB guidelines define a broadband video ad impression as occurring only when the user actually begins to see the streaming content and not before. The guidelines were announced at the IAB Leadership Forum: Broadband & Beyond in New York. IAB CEO Greg Stuart released a statement saying, "As with all IAB measurement guidelines, these guidelines further establish consistency for the marketplace."
