Bible curriculum sparks federal lawsuit

A federal lawsuit was filed Wednesday on behalf of eight parents to stop the Odessa, Texas, school system from teaching a Bible course they say favors a fundamentalist view. The coursework is based on material produced by the National Council on Bible Curriculum in Public Schools.
