All 3 D.C.-area airports record increasing passenger numbers

Passenger numbers were up at all three Washington-area airports as Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport recorded almost 1.9 million passengers in March of this year, an increase of 3.3% compared with March 2010. Decreasing numbers hampered Reagan National and Dulles International from 2007 to 2009, but the airports bounced back in 2010. National posted a 3.1% increase in 2010 over the year earlier, and Dulles' numbers were up 2.3% in the same period.
