Google checks its Wallet, unveils new features

Google announced two upgrades to its struggling Wallet service. The first new feature will allow users to transfer money by e-mail, in a manner similar to eBay's PayPal, while the second allows developers to build mobile checkout services around Wallet's instant-payment features. Google also reported on Wednesday that several more phones have added support for the mobile-payment system including the HTC One, Galaxy Note II and Galaxy S4.
