Holder backtracks on "too-big-to-jail" comment

U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder said Wednesday that his comments before a Senate committee in March about some banks being too large to prosecute have been misconstrued. "Let me be very, very, very clear," he said. "Banks are not too big to jail. If we find a bank or a financial institution that has done something wrong, if we can prove it beyond a reasonable doubt, those cases will be brought."
