Proposed facility to capitalize on Calif. port's rail network

Total Terminals International's proposed grain-export facility would take advantage of rail facilities at the Port of Long Beach in California, according to port officials. The port recently issued an initial environmental review for the project. Meanwhile, the port has been named the most outstanding seaport in North America through Cargonews Asia's 2013 Asian Freight and Supply Chain Awards.
