Tapjoy, Kakao deal brings ad net to social gaming platform

Tapjoy is partnering with Kakao Games to create an ad network to target the 90 million gamers using the KakaoTalk service. "The Tapjoy implementation should help Kakao's developers generate more cash from its players," Jeffrey Grubb writes. A Kakao representative added the deal would also heighten "the user's game experience by providing new game items that can be earned through Tapjoy's rewarded advertisements."
