Don't be too arrogant -- or too humble -- during a job interview

The fastest way to fail during a job interview is to appear too boastful or arrogant, according to the job experts interviewed for this article. At the same time, candidates should not be too humble and should present themselves as strong and confident, without bragging or coming across as desperate for a job, they suggest. "Employers consider how you behave in the interview to be an indication of how you will interact with colleagues, vendors and clients on the job," job expert Amanda Augustine notes.
