Measure would make EHR meaningful use a license requirement for Mass. doctors

The Massachusetts House recently passed a bill that would set meaningful use of EHRs as a licensing prerequisite among physicians. However, the Massachusetts Medical Society and other groups expressed concerns about the measure, saying it is vague and could result in denied license renewal for longtime physicians and those who are not eligible for the meaningful use program.
