Y&R to help launch BabyfirstTV

Babyfirst TV, a new 24-hour channel for the 6- to 36-month-old set that launched on May 11, has tapped WPP Group's Young & Rubicam Brands to handle its creative and media work. The shop will handle all interactive, direct mail and broadcast duties, in conjunction with sibling agencies Wunderman and Mediaedge:cia.
