Duncan asks Detroit students for advice on education reform:

Detroit students met with U.S. Education Secretary Arne Duncan to help him figure out how to fix a graduation rate of just 38% and other problems that plague the city's schools. The teens -- all due to graduate this spring -- called for more career-technical programs and for teachers and guidance counselors to push students to do their best.
