Dubai prime-asset valuations are bottoming

Property prices for commercial real estate in central Dubai, United Arab Emirates, appear to be finding their floor after dropping 45%, according to Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Trade, retail and tourism are starting to pick up again, and that is having a favorable impact on property prices. The retail real estate sector, in particular, is beginning to recover as it has the smallest supply pipeline.
