More schools are using Skype for lessons, collaboration

Schools are turning to Skype and other free and low-cost software and devices for their videoconferencing needs as budgets tighten. However, fee-based vendors and some educators say the cheaper solutions lack the quality and functionality that traditional videoconferencing options provide.
