New Jersey incentives boost production of solar power

New Jersey boasts the second-highest kilowatts of solar power in the U.S., trailing only California. New Jersey features 128 megawatts of solar power, partly spurred by state rebates and incentives. New Jersey will offer a 30% cash grant for commercial properties that install solar panels, through 2010.
