Pennsylvania to install anti-icing system on Philadelphia bridge

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation plans to install an automatic anti-icing system on a bridge in Philadelphia. The system will spray brine over the bridge when temperatures drop, which will prevent ice from forming. "It holds us over until we get a plow or salt truck out there," said Todd Kravits, PennDOT district traffic engineer.
