Wisconsin governor wavers on raw-milk bill in face of opposition

Opponents of a Wisconsin bill that would legalize sales of raw milk -- including the state's physicians and veterinarians -- may be making headway with the state's governor. Gov. Jim Doyle had initially said he would sign the bill, but a barrage of opposition has persuaded him to take more time to study the issue before making a decision. If he takes no action by Thursday, the bill will become law without his signature.
