Idaho, Nebraska take steps amid suspected horse exposure to fatal virus:

Agriculture officials in Idaho are looking into what they say may be an outbreak of equine herpesvirus within the state. Meanwhile, five equine farms in Nebraska have been placed under quarantine. The moves come over a concern that the horses might have been exposed to equine herpesvirus after participating in the NCHA Western National Championships in Utah.
