Hotels focus on food sourcing -- and involve guests in the process

Hotels across the globe are getting hyperlocal about the food they offer, sourcing their own ingredients and giving guests tours of places where they procure food. The Dionysos Estate hotel in Turkey uses an organic farm nearby to acquire wine, olive oil, fruit and vegetables. In New York, Nyma hotel guests can go on a foraging tour with naturalist Steve Brill, who takes them through green spaces as they look for edible ingredients.
