NDIC: Rail capacity is enough to distribute N.D.'s crude oil

North Dakota's rail capacity is sufficient to deliver crude oil shipments as production continues at record levels, according to the North Dakota Industrial Commission. "Crude oil take away capacity continues to be adequate as long as rail deliveries to the coasts keep growing," said Lynn Helms, NDIC's Oil and Gas Division director. Crude-by-rail traffic continues to post record growth, according to the Association of American Railroads.
