N.J. employers get tips on successful wellness programs

Outcome-based incentives can be an important wellness tool but companies who develop employee programs should set short-term goals to measure progress, wellness experts told companies at an Employers Association of New Jersey seminar. V Well Health president Ray DeRosa said employee surveys can show what programs and incentives may be popular and companies can start wellness programs with just a walking or running club, which should include senior managers.
