Survey finds retirement woes worldwide

U.S. boomers and their counterparts around the world face a similar retirement conundrum, with a widely perceived lack of wherewithal and little expected relief for themselves or future generations, according to a 12-nation survey from financial services company Aegon. "The situation has become more dire than just a year ago. People in general feel less prepared for retirement and do not adequately understand the steps they need to take," the report concludes.
