Travelocity reveals technology to manage reissued tickets

To avoid the confusion and complexity of managing and reissuing unused tickets, Travelocity Business introduced new ticket management tracking that uses state-of-the-art technology. Regardless if a ticket is purchased online or offline, the system will automatically check to see if any unused tickets are available that best match the travel booking, which is then verified by a travel agent.
