CBS' Moonves: DVR viewers have to be accounted for

CBS CEO Leslie Moonves said the network would keep a close eye on DVR-viewing and would write upfront business deals that include it. Nielsen Media Research is now tracking DVR households in its samples, which should help broadcasters account for some of the viewers who are watching a show in time-shifted mode.
