Developers plan $300M mixed-use project in Michigan

Developers plan to demolish a former Kmart headquarters complex in Troy, Mich., and build a $300 million mixed-use project in its place. The new Pavilions of Troy would include 290,000 square feet of retail, 300,000 square feet of office space, a 250-room hotel and 750 multifamily residences.
