Las Vegas adjusts to accommodate tourism influx

With 133,000 hotel and motel rooms currently in Las Vegas and more than 38,000 additional ones planned by the end of 2010, the city's biggest challenge is absorbing the growth, officials say. Efforts to ease the crunch include a new consolidated rental-car facility and more check-in counters at the airport.
