Study: Fraudulent clicks occurring in online ads

Automated computer programs and scam artists who repeatedly click on advertising links with no intention of buying are triggering false commissions per click, according to a new report. Major online companies like Yahoo! and Google have intensive fraud-prevention programs, but the study claims that 10% to 15% of advertising clicks are "pathological," which indicates a false click.
