China's bond market gives banks' joint ventures a boost

Banking joint ventures in China, established by UBS, Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, CLSA and Daiwa, are benefiting from the booming renminbi-bond market. The joint ventures are looking at millions of dollars in fee income from underwriting issuance of debt and equity in China.
