GA pilots must register electronically to cross U.S. borders

Six months after its initial announcement, U.S. Customs and Border Protection on Monday began requiring pilots of GA aircraft to submit passenger and pilot information when entering or leaving the country. CBP is requiring information on "a flight's departure, arrival and passengers, no less than 60 minutes prior to departure."
