Report: High-quality teachers lead to student success

A recent report states that education spending should be reformed, with the bulk going to attracting and retaining high-quality teachers to improve student achievement. The Goldwater Institute's report, "New Millennium Schools: Delivering Six-Figure Teacher Salaries in Return for Outstanding Student Learning Gains," states that six-figure salaries should be the reward for the best teachers.
