Report: Vendors face difficulty in selling CT scanners

U.S. medical-imaging vendors are experiencing difficulties in marketing next-generation CT scanners because health providers do not yet perceive the value of such technologies, according to a report by KLAS. Most providers believe that a well-defined return on investment and amendments in policies could help ease the shift to advanced CT scanners, the report's author said.
