Court rules for employer in retaliation case

Depository Trust and Clearing was not retaliating against a worker when it didn't investigate the employee's discrimination claim, the U.S. Second Circuit Court of Appeals ruled. The ruling shows employees still can seek help from other sources if human resources fails to respond to a complaint, a company attorney says.
