Delta wins contract dispute against regional carrier

A federal judge has ruled that Delta Air Lines was justified in canceling a contract with Mesa Air Group because the regional carrier was not achieving the 95% flight completion rate required under its contract. U.S. District Judge Clarence Cooper also awarded Delta $3 million in a billing dispute with Mesa.
