Nashville retail continues flood cleanup

Opry Mills, a super-regional shopping center in Nashville, and other retail centers in the area continue to clean up from a flood earlier this month. "There's no contingency plan for an event of this magnitude," says Gregg Goodman, president of the Simon Property Group subsidiary that owns the 1.2 million-square-foot Opry Mills, which was closed for three days after the flood. "It has to be the largest catastrophe of this sort in the history of our industry."
