New CMS repository will track meaningful use incentive payments

The CMS has hired Northrop Grumman as a contractor to create a repository that will be used to track providers' incentive payments for the meaningful use of electronic health records. "The National Level Repository will meet a critical need by processing millions of transactions to provide correct and accurate payments," a Northrop Grumman official said.
