Ohio manufacturers see growth in fuel-efficient vehicles

Companies in Ohio are trying to capitalize on the growing market created by hybrid electric and all-electric cars. The OM Group in Northeast Ohio sells cobalt for batteries used in electric cars, and, by 2015, that market could account for one-third of all demand for those materials as more people and industries use hybrid vehicles.
