Study: Children with Tourette benefit from behavioral therapy

A U.S. study of 126 children with Tourette syndrome or a chronic tic disorder found significant improvements in 53% of those who completed 10 weeks of a therapy called comprehensive behavioral intervention for tics. The researchers said the findings show that the therapy was as effective as medication.
