Taiwan showcases soda bottle "bricks" in 3-story building

Taiwan's exhibition hall for its Taipei International Floral Exposition is built of "polli-bricks," blocks of recycled soda bottles repurposed into construction material. The three-story building puts 1.5 million plastic soda bottles to work in interlocking blocks that make a structure built to withstand earthquakes.
