Worldwide premium travel rises along with economy

Demand for premium air travel rose 10.8% in March, according to a global industry group, though traffic in first class and business class remains 15% lower than it was before the recession. The growth in premium travel was marked by distinct regional differences: The Far East was up about 24%, while Europe saw a 3.1% decline.
