Duke's Rogers supports recycling used nuclear fuel

The U.S. can address its used nuclear fuel-storage woes by reprocessing the material, said Jim Rogers, chairman, president and CEO of Duke Energy. U.S. nuclear facilities could opt to keep their used fuel in South Carolina in the meantime, but "we believe ultimately we should recycle fuel," Rogers said in hearing in South Carolina.
