Marquis Energy plans to the double capacity of its Ill. ethanol plant

Marquis Energy is planning to expand the capacity of its dry-mill ethanol plant in Putnam County, Ill., from 140 million gallons to 280 million gallons annually. The proposed expansion would make the facility one of the world's largest dry-mill ethanol plants, said Mark Marquis, president of the company.
